We follow these simple principles and guidelines to ensure the most authentic, transparent, and valuable information is available to workers and job candidates while balancing fairness to employers. We never edit or alter the text or video submitted on our app, no matter how minor. We apply the same standard of review for all content (whether or not the content involves an employer client of Jovid). We require email verification from a permanent, active email address or a valid social networking account for each user. A member of our team always moderates any piece of content that is flagged for review. We stay neutral in all cases of dispute; we don’t take sides and we don’t act as the finder of fact with respect to content. Please note: Joivd uses the term 'content' to describe video job openings and text details submitted through the Jovid app. Jovid uses the term ‘employer’ to describe the entity that employs workers and/or provides the opportunity for workers to make a living. We may also use the term ‘employer’ to describe an official company representative; this may be someone in HR or recruiting, marketing or a member of the senior leadership team. Video Guidelines A great video can tell a job seeker a lot about the workplace, environment and teammates. We welcome videos of building interiors and exteriors, company events, and interesting items showcasing the culture and the work environment. Please do not post: videos of patients in a healthcare setting videos that document workplace violations or disclose confidential information videos not relevant to the employment setting.
